And of course- exercise! Just a 30 minute walk a day to get the heart rate up does wonders for circulation and overall energy levels.
A tried and tested natural face mask includes some honey banana and lemon and mashing it all together. Apply and leave on face for 15 minutes. Believe it. As good as any facial.
If you have a pimple problem, apply some hot pepper to the area for 5 minutes and then rinse thoroughly.
And lastly- smile and laugh. It takes more muscles to frown than laugh. Keeping happy increases serotonin levels which increase overall feelings of contentment. In other words keeping you shining and radiant.
